If you require a visa to attend the meeting, please indicate this while completing the registration form. We will obtain the necessary
approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs and issue you an official letter of invitation. You will then need to apply for an e-Conference Visa through the Government of India’s online visa portal.

 

We will ensure that all relevant information is shared with you in a timely manner. We kindly request you to apply for the visa as soon as possible once you receive the invitation letter from us.

Steps for Obtaining e-Conference and Regular Conference Visas

Instructions for Applying for
an e-Conference Visa

 

a. After receiving the necessary documents from us, apply for the e-Conference Visa on the specified website:https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.htmlAlso please check the “Countries/Nationalities who are eligible to avail eVisa” using the same link.
b. Follow these steps for the e-Visa application process:

  • Step 1: Apply online – Upload Photo and Passport Page.
    Click the link for reference Sample Form for Indian eVisa.

  • Step 2: Pay eVisa fee online – Using Credit / Debit card / Payment Wallet.

  • Step 3: Receive ETA online – Electronic Travel Authorization/ETA will be sent to your e-mail.

  • Step 4: Fly to India – Print ETA and present at Immigration Check Post where eVisa will be stamped on passport.

c. On the last page, international participants should upload the following documents:

  • Passport copy

  • Invitation letter

  • MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) clearance

d. Upload the documents according to the file size instructions provided on the website.

e. Note: Within 2–3 days, participants will receive their e-Conference Visa. The e-Conference Visa is mandatory for attending the conference. Additionally, carry the invitation letter for immigration purposes, as it might be requested during entry. Please follow these procedures carefully.

Instructions for Applying for a Regular Conference Visa

a. Three-step Regular Visa application process (For those who are not eligible for eVisa):

  • Step 1: Apply online – Fill and submit Visa Application Form securely.

  • Step 2: Submit documents – Submit your application with required documents at the Indian Visa Application Center or at the nearest Indian Mission.

  • Step 3: Receive passport/visa – Collect your passport/visa from Indian Mission/Visa Application Center or by post.

b. Note: Minimum 5 days, participants will receive their Conference Visa. The Conference Visa is mandatory for attending the conference. Additionally, carry the invitation letter for immigration purposes, as it might be requested during entry. Please follow these procedures carefully.
